By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the royal47 platform (accessible at https://royal47.one and any associated mobile applications), you ("the Member", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the royal47 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules and bonus terms published on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and royal47. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

2.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.
2.5 KYC Verification. royal47 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required under its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (e.g., NRIC, passport), proof of address, and/or payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your royal47 login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another member's account under any circumstances.
3.2 royal47 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All transactions and bets placed using your login credentials are deemed to have been made by you and are binding.
3.3 You must notify royal47 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. royal47 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on royal47 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. royal47 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available methods may be updated without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. royal47 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. First-time withdrawals and requests exceeding defined thresholds may be subject to additional KYC verification, which may extend processing time.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your royal47 account are legally obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. royal47 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds where required by its compliance obligations.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by royal47 are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotional offer's specific terms and these General Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. royal47 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, using automated software, or coordinating abuse across multiple accounts.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms for commercial gain is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure.
6.1 All games offered on royal47 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited technical compliance laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all game categories.
6.2 You agree to use the royal47 platform for personal entertainment only. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited.

10.2 royal47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
10.3 royal47 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity failures, or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
royal47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; request by regulatory authority; or at the Member's own request. Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings shall be voided. Any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and verified funds will be returned to the Member subject to standard verification procedures.

Material amendments will be communicated to active Members via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the royal47 platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. 13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which royal47 holds its operating licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13.2 Dispute Process. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, transactions, or these Terms, Members must first contact royal47 customer support and allow a reasonable period (no less than 14 days) for internal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
